Cronin Electrical is proud to have worked with MMD Construction, the Main Contractor and PSCS, on the construction of 51 A-rated houses and the sensitive conversion of the protected Lower Tawnies Cottage and outhouses into 6 additional homes. The new build comprised 1 four-bedroom, 28 three-bedroom, and 22 two-bedroom houses, while the protected structures were transformed into three-bedroom, two-bedroom, and four one-bedroom homes, along with stores and meter rooms.
