BARRACK STREET HOUSING DEVELOPMENT

Cronin Electrical is proud to have partnered with MMD Construction on the Barrack Street Housing Development, a key urban regeneration project delivered in collaboration with Cork City Council. Located in the heart of Cork City, the development showcases modern, sustainable residential design that strengthens the community-focused character of the area. The project involved the demolition of existing commercial buildings and the construction of a new 3- and 4-storey residential complex comprising 31 high-quality apartment units, along with the refurbishment and integration of 4 existing units. Cronin Electrical completed the full electrical installation across all units, ensuring safe, reliable, and energy-efficient systems that meet the demands of contemporary urban living.
