Cronin Electrical was proud to carry out the full electrical installation as part of the extensive refurbishment of the existing three-storey St. Gabriel’s Credit Union building, in partnership with MMD Construction.

The project involved significant structural and internal upgrades, including the construction of an enlarged two-storey entrance and various elevation changes—alongside alterations to the public footpath. Internally, the building underwent a complete transformation, with all ceilings, walls, plumbing, windows, and electrics being replaced.

Our team was responsible for delivering a full electrical fit-out to support the newly remodelled space. This included power distribution, lighting systems, data and communications cabling, and electrical provisions for the new public counter, offices, lift services, and all sanitary facilities.

Working closely with MMD Construction, who acted as the main contractor and Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS), Cronin Electrical ensured that all electrical works met the highest standards of safety, functionality, and compliance.
