Cronin Electrical was proud to work with MMD Construction, the main contractor, PSCS, and design lead, on the redevelopment of Springville House, Blackrock.
The project transformed a former office building into a sustainable residential scheme for Cork City Council and Tuath Housing Association, providing 35 new homes (4 single-storey houses, 13 two-bedroom apartments, and 18 one-bedroom apartments) along with upgraded parking.
Our team delivered the full electrical installation, including power, lighting, fire detection, and data services, ensuring high-quality and compliant systems throughout the development.
