Cronin Electrical is proud to have partnered with McCarthy Developments on the completed Jacob’s Island waterfront development in Cork. This 41-acre project on Lough Mahon features stunning sea views and a prime location adjacent to the Douglas Estuary and Mahon Point Shopping Centre.

The development comprises approximately 600 residential units, including a mix of apartments and houses, with 184 apartments and 160 houses delivered to date. Cronin Electrical provided expert full electrical fit-outs, including power, lighting, and communications infrastructure, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and efficient systems throughout the community.

This project demonstrates our capability to deliver large-scale, high-standard residential electrical solutions, contributing to one of Cork’s most desirable waterfront communities.
